Enrique has been an entrepreneur in the food industry since the beginning of his career. He has plenty of experience in product development as well as commercialization. Very passionate about combining food, technology and gastronomy to create foods that are affordable, nutritious and delicious. He graduated from Economics with a concentration on behavioral economics. He loves hiking, boxing and experimenting in the kitchen new recipes.
Chief Operations Officer
Flavio has been passionate about sustainability since his early days. He combines experience from biotechnology, agriculture and post-harvesting operations. Believer of obtaining more value out of the things we commonly think of as waste and discard. He holds a MSc in Chemical and Biological Engineering with a focus on waste revalorization. He is a passionate soccer player and amateur street-singer.
Chief Information Officer
Dalila received the B.Sc degree in Electronics Engineering in 2008 from the Technological Institute of Saltillo, México. She obtained the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degree in Robotics and Advanced Manufacturing in 2011 and 2015, respectively, from the Centro de Investigación y de Estudios Avanzados del Instituto Politécnico Nacional (CINVESTAV), Saltillo, México. Her research interests are in the areas of computer vision and statistical models with a recent interest in neural networks. She loves traveling, spending time with her family and watching a nice soccer game.
Chief Engineering Officer
Paty has a Bachelor in Food Engineering and a PhD in Engineering Sciences with a specialization in Biotechnology. She loves his career and has experience in the development of engineering devices for the separation of biotechnological compounds from different sources. She is a wife, mother of two children, 2nd Dan Karate player, and loves salsa dancing.
Chief Scientific Officer
Eduardo has been interested in studying, knowing, processing and eating foods along his entire life. He is a food engineer by profession and obtained his MSc. and PhD. in Food Science and Biotechnology. He truly believes that through his Food Science studies will contribute, at least in a small manner, to feeding the world, by the developing of more nutritive and sustainable foods affordable to everyone. He loves two things, to know the different cultures around the world, which he believes the best way to know them is eating their foods with their own people; and all kind of beers, which he claims, “is the perfect food”.
